Reflections

Was gifted the Diamond Polki earrings from KANASI, and they’ve quickly become my favourite. Exquisitely handcrafted with fine Thappa detailing, their Polki exudes timeless charm. Super lightweight and versatile, they pair beautifully with both Indian and Western outfits, drawing compliments every time I wear them.

Sarita P, Mumbai

The moment I draped a KANASI silk sari, I felt like I was wearing a piece of art. The weave is delicate yet strong, and the colors have a quiet elegance that doesn’t fade into the crowd. It’s rare to find something that feels both deeply traditional and effortlessly modern - this saree does both. I know it’s something I’ll cherish for years to come.

The Bagru block print unstitched suit set I purchased from KANASI has been tailored into a elegant mul ensemble. The fabric is light, breathable, and luxuriously soft - perfect for warm summer days. Its natural colours and intricate hand-block prints have a timeless charm, making it my absolute favourite summer wear.

Kamla D, Mumbai

I recently got the Mul Bagru hand block print sari from KANASI, and it is truly a masterpiece. The block prints are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere-remarkably distinctive and refined. The exquisite colour combinations reflect an artistry that is both timeless and elegant. Knowing that each piece is crafted by a National Award-winning artist makes it all the more special. The colours retain their brilliance beautifully, ensuring this sari remains a lasting symbol of heritage and luxury.
